Hey, I’m Ben. I grew up in a medical family in Washington, D.C., so public health has always been part of my world. I studied Applied Psychology and Global Public Health at NYU, then went on to get my MPH from JHU. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I found my calling in health communication—trying to make complex public health info easier to understand and more human. These days, I write essays, research papers, and policy briefs on public health, psychology, health comms, and policy analysis. I like to combine clear logic with a sense of empathy, helping clients tell professional stories in a way that actually connects. Outside of work, I read health op-eds, keep up with global health issues, and stay curious about how writing can not only share knowledge—but spark real change.
